Finding the information requested:
AMS Serial Number:
This is the serial number assigned to your TDAU cabinet by the U.S. Air Force. It is on the upper left outside corner of the cabinet.
Service Tag:
The service tag is located on the top of the server usually in the front corner on the right side of the server as you face it.
Express Service Code:
The Express Service Code can be found directly under the Service Tag. The Service Tag is the first line and the Express Service Code is the second line. It will be around 10 digits.
Serial Number of the TDAU:
The serial number is located inside the TDAU Cabinet. To find the Serial Number of the TDAU you will have to remove the bottom grill just below the UPS. Once you remove it you will see a label with a serial number in the center-front of the cabinet.
Locating the Configuration Backup file to attach to your email:
During the ordering process, you will be asked to email a copy of your configuration file to Mesotech. In order to create a copy of your configuration file, please follow the instructions below. Have the configuration backup file ready on a CD before starting the ordering process.

Locate a blank CD.

Logon to Windows using an Administrator account (i.e. Stormy).

Logon to AWA with administrator privileges (an AWA administrator account).

Select “Backup Settings…” from the File menu. Click the Yes button to confirm.

Minimize the AWA window and use Roxio to create a CD containing the file AWAConfig_Backup.xmle. This file can be found in the following directory: D:\Program Files\Mesotech\Airport Weather Advisor\BACKUP\.
To email the Configuration file, insert the CD with the file on it in a CD drive. You will need to browse to the CD drive and select the AWAConfig_Backup.xlme file to attach it.
