Repair and Calibration

Mesotech offers repair and calibration services for all the products we sell. If your equipment is not functioning correctly or needs calibration, please contact our Help Desk for assistance. The Help Desk can advise you of the recommended repair and calibration interval for your equipment.

Much of the equipment and software Mesotech sells have unique and sophisticated maintenance requirements. You should consider having your equipment covered by a maintenance contract from Mesotech. Ask the Help Desk for more details and a quotation.

Please obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number from the Help Desk before you return your equipment to Mesotech. The RA number must be on the outside label of the package so that your work order can be processed efficiently.
